it support
one person who knows your business
Already on a managed website or Microsoft 365 package? Support for those services is included in your monthly fee. The prices below are for additional or standalone support.
Most small businesses don't need a helpdesk. They need someone they can call who actually knows their setup, understands how they work and can sort things out without fuss.
That's what I offer. I'm not an MSP with tiers of support and ticketing systems. I support what I sell: Microsoft 365 administration and website management. If something needs fixing or changing, you speak to me directly. No call centres, no ticket queues, no explaining your setup to a different person every time.
If something needs looking at in person, I offer onsite callouts across Greater Manchester and Merseyside at a reduced rate for existing customers. We'll book a time that works and I'll come to you.
what kind of things do you help with?
The kind of stuff that stops your day in its tracks. Things like:
- Email not syncing on your phone or laptop
- Password resets and account lockouts
- Setting up a new laptop, phone or tablet for work
- Microsoft 365 issues - Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
- "I've clicked something dodgy" - security scares and suspicious emails
- Slow machines, random crashes, things not working like they used to
- Setting up a new starter or removing a leaver from your systems
- Printers, scanners and peripherals that won't cooperate
- Website changes, updates and "can you just..." requests
- General "I don't know who else to ask" IT questions
If it's IT-related and it's bothering you, just ask. If it's something I can't help with, I'll point you in the right direction.
how it works
Drop me an email or send me a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can, usually within 24 hours. No logging tickets, no waiting in a queue, no explaining your setup to someone new every time. I already know your business because I set it up.
Most things get sorted remotely in minutes. If I need to see your screen, I'll talk you through connecting via Quick Assist - it takes about 30 seconds. If it needs a hands-on visit, we'll book a time that works for both of us.
common questions
- Do I need a contract? No. Pay as you go is fine. Retainers are there if you want the peace of mind, but there's no pressure.
- I've only got one or two staff. Is that too small? That's exactly who I work with. Most of my customers have fewer than five people.
- How fast do you respond? I work evenings and weekends, so you'll typically hear back within 24 hours. Retainer customers get priority.
- Can you come to my office? Yes. Onsite callouts from £85 across Greater Manchester and Merseyside.
- What if it's something you don't cover? I'll tell you straight and point you to someone who can help. No waffle, no upselling.
