| Website build | For pay-in-full orders, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work, with the remaining 50% due on completion before the website is launched or handed over. If you choose to spread your setup costs, no deposit is required. Your first monthly payment is due on launch, then invoiced on the 1st of each month. |
| Monthly services | All recurring fees for hosting, email, domains and Microsoft 365 are invoiced on the 1st of each month. Payment is due on or before the last day of that month. |
| Late payment | Services may be suspended if payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date. |
| Spread payments | Setup costs can be divided equally over an agreed term of 12 or 24 months. No credit checks, no finance agreements. Your monthly payment reduces automatically once the term is complete. Early cancellation means the remaining setup balance becomes payable immediately. |
