why I recommend them

what makes zen different

UK-based support that actually helps. Real people in Rochdale, not a script-reading call centre on the other side of the world. You ring up, someone fixes it.
Which? Recommended Provider, six years running. That's not marketing spin. That's customers consistently saying they're the best.
Rock solid reliability. I work from home. My entire business depends on my connection. Zen just works. I don't think about it, and that's the point.
No hidden costs, no mid-contract surprises. The price they quote is the price you pay. No creeping increases, no sudden add-ons.
They actually care. Sounds soft, but it's rare. They're an ISP that behaves like a small business, not a faceless corporation. That matters to me.

why I'm sharing this

I'm not an affiliate marketer. I build websites and look after IT for small businesses. But when something's genuinely good, I think it's worth saying so.

I've been with the big names. BT, Sky, TalkTalk, Virgin. They all start well and then slowly get worse. Zen is the opposite. They've been consistently brilliant from day one.

If you're fed up with your current broadband, or you're moving and need to choose a provider, do yourself a favour and look at Zen. You don't need a discount code or coupon. Just use my referral link and your £40 voucher is sorted. The service speaks for itself.
